PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Total non-refundable deposit due at the end of this auction for On-Site or On-Line Bidders is 5% of the contract price which includes the winning high bid amount plus the applicable Buyer's Premium for a tota contract price. For internet bidders only, an immediate portion of your deposit is due at the end of the auction in the amount of $5000.00. This amount will be deducted from your 5% deposit due. In connection with that, the remainder of the 5% deposit is due in our office (or our bank via wire transfer) within 3 business days after the auction. If not paying by cash or certified funds, an additional Buyer's Premium of 4% of the deposit amount will be added. Example: $3000.00 x 4% = $3120.00. The $120.00 non-cash fee does not deduct from your deposit amount due. Closing to occur within or before 45 days after the auction day. The winning bidder also agrees to sign and return the Real Estate Sales Contract (that we will send via Overnight Mail on the first business day after the auction) to us via Overnight Mail with all signatures required.
