Make sure you designate Kincaid Auction on the funds. Unsuccessful bidders will have their deposit retuned immediately following the auction. The successful bidder will download a copy of the contract from

sign and fax to our office (863) 667 0633 immediately at the conclusion of the auction.
The balance of the contract will be due via wire transfer or certified funds on the day of closing within 30 days of the auction.
At closing the buyer will be responsible for a closing fee of $225, and recording his deed, and overnight charges for the deed. The real estate taxes will be prorated throgh the day of closing.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Bidders will be responsible for making their own pickup or shipping arrangements.
We do not have scales at the site to weigh. We will assist with shipping arragements and provide post auction quotes for your order.
