PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	There is no tax charged unless you are in-state. We will charge your registration credit card when we have determined the shipping and handling charges. An invoice with the final charge and a copy of the charge will be included. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and your card will be charged when the shipping and handling charges are determined. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the original bill. See shipping instructions for details. Auction house reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or check) for larger amounts.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	We will be happy to ship your items. Shipping often takes two weeks. There is a $15.00 shipping fee for each package. Oversized items will be charged $25.00. Packages are packed according to USPS size and weight standards. Items in country will be shipped through usps Priority mail. Lots can be combined if the packer deems that lots are compatible and the value is less then $500. Buyers may request other carriers up to 24hrs after the auction date. We suggest Craters and Freighters for large items 480-966-9929. All fees related to that carrier will be applied to the buyers invoice. Pictures will be shipped without the frame and glass. PREVIEW DATES AND TIMES	Preview for this auction is all day on the day prior to the auction, and 2 hours prior to auction start time on the day of the auction.

CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	Absentee, internet and phone bidders must resolve and confirm pickup information within 4 days of auction.
PREFERRED SHIPPERS	The auction house will charge the credit card you registered with after the shipping and handling is determined. A copy of the total invoice and the credit card reciept will be in the package.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS	Please note: All bidders and others attending this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby. Identification All purchasers are required to have a Bidders Number to bid giving full name and address. Addition to or withdrawal from sale- The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at this auction items not listed, and also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. Dispute between bidders If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the disputed item up for bid again, and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the Auctioneer will be final and absolute. Consignor/Seller Bidding: Consignors and sellers are allowed to bid on and win their items in this auction. Such bidding will incurr fees payable by the consignor/seller to Battermans in lieu of fees otherwise generated in an armslength sale. Sale by estimated count, measure or weight Where items are to be sold by estimated count, measure, or weight, the purchaser will be billed for and required to pay for the estimated count, measure or weight. If, when delivered, any shortage exists, the purchaser will receive a refund at the rate of the purchase. If there is an excess, the purchaser is required to take and pay for this excess at the rate of purchase. Reserve The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the Auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller. Condition of the items sold The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloguing, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for purchase are being sold "as is, where is", without warranties, or any other representation as to authenticity or suitability for a particular purpose. All sales are final, no refunds, and no exceptions. Time of Payment All payments for successful bids must be paid in full before leaving the premises on the day of the sale. Manner of payment All successful bids, taxes and premiums must be paid to a Battermans Auction representative on the day of the auction unless otherwise announced or other arrangements made, in writing and signed by a Batterman's representative before the auction. No items may be removed from the premises before payment has been made. Payment methods include, and are limited to Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, check, or debit card. There is a 15% buyer premium charged on all purchases and sales tax applied at the prevailing rates for the place where the sale is held. Additional terms and conditions Any additional terms or conditions of the sale, added by the Auctioneer, shall be announced prior to the auction. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be available for removal only on presentation of paid bill. Auctioneer will not be responsible for goods not removed with-in the time specified, and shall have the option of removing and storing at the expense and risk of the purchaser of any item purchased, but not paid for and removed within the specified time. Non-delivery responsibility Auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable for non delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any lot, other than for the return to the purchaser of the deposit or sum paid on said lot, should the purchaser be entitled to it. Claims No claims will be allowed after the goods are removed from premises. Personal and Property risk Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer, Battermans Auction and its representatives from liability therefore. Neither Battermans Auction nor its principles shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. Records The record of sale kept Battermans Auction and its bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. Agency Battermans Auction is acting as the agent only and is not responsible for the acts of its principles.
