PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	All merchandise must be paid for within 24 hours of close of auction. Please call 956-533-6811 with any questions you might have before bidding. We accept, Cash, Visa & Mastercard only. You will be billed for the item/items you win and a seperate charge will be charged on shipping on smaller items Company checks accepted with a bank letter of guarantee only.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Buyer is responsible for All shipping and handling. We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority mail on smaller items, which ever is the most econonomical, Larger items will have to be picked up, please remember this when bidding. We charge .Appointments to pick up your product can be made from 9-4 central time by calling 956-533-6811. Buyers must arrange their own shipping on large items.

CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	Items can be picked up from 9-4 central time. Al items must be removed no later than august 27-2009 at 4:00 PM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	All items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. Payment must be received with 24 hours of close of auction. Buyers must arrange shipping on large items. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS AUCTION 1. ANNOUNCED TERMS SUPERCEDE ALL WRITTEN ONES. As a Registered Bidder, YOU are responsible for all Terms and Conditions. If you are late in registering or If you didn't READ OR HEAR the terms, you are agreeing to the terms in their entirety even though you didn't READ OR HEAR them. 2. You must REGISTER to get a bidders number. IN Person with a valid Drivers License; On Line Bidders with a valid Credit Card and Drivers License. Please Note: Your Credit Card will be charged from $1-$5 that will be refunded. IF your credit card is refused you will not be allowed to bid at this auction. All sales are final and the bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on and we recommend each bidder make every effort to confirm item descriptions to their satisfaction by visual inspection of the photo(s) provided on-line. 6. PAYMENT: Cash, Local Check if the address on your check matches the address on your Drivers License. Company Checks, Credit Cards; Mastercard, Visa. ON-LINE BIDDERS - Payment will be made via the Credit card you have on file immediately at the close of the auction with NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. If buyer fails to make payment good in full immediately following the sale the Auctioneer may, at his discretion, Re-Sell such property at public or private sale and buyer shall be required to pay any loss or expense incurred therein, including attorney fees and court cost. (Chapter 2 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code) Any legal action arising from transactions related to any auction conducted by Comtex Auctions, either being conducted on line or on site, will be conducted in Hidalgo County, Texas, USA and under the current laws of the State of Texas, USA. All operations of this web page are based in Texas and operated under the current laws of Texas, regardless of user or operator computer location. 8. This auction sale IS subject to the Sales Tax Laws of this State. 9. Any bidder buying for Resale, must have their 11-digit Texas Sales Tax Number and EXEMPTION APPLICATION filled out and in our file prior to the start of this Auction. 10. The Auctioneer is in full control of the Auction and reserves the right to settle any dispute between bidders. 11. Bid Increments are at the discretion of the Auctioneer. 12. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium ON-Site and a 15% Buyers Premium to ON-Line Bidders added to all purchases. Example: If an item sells for $100.00, then add 10% =$10.00/$15.00=$110.00/115.00 14. This Auctioneer is Licensed, & Regulated under a State Issued Recovery Fund. This Fund protects both the Buyer and Seller from inappropriate and fraudulent actions by this Auctioneer.
