Credit card is not an accepted form of payment. It is used for verification and approval into the auction. We accept wire transfers. Winning bidder will receive banking information. Cash, Cashier's Check, Check with Bank Letter of Guarantee, Tax exempt buyers need to have appropriate documents at time of settlement.
If item is $.01 to $50,000.00, buyer's premium is 7%, $50,000.01 to $75,000.00, buyer's premium is 6%, Item cost above $75,000, buyer's premium is 5%.
Sales tax: 9.25% for first $1600.00, $9.75% for second $1600.00, 7% for amount above the first $3200.00.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Shipping costs is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Local delivery made by Logan's Grading (615)791-7735. Out of state/long-distance delivery made by S & S Trucking (615) 483-9268

Auction yard is open seven days a week. Preview times are 9: 00 - 5:00 Monday through Saturday and 12:00 - 5:00 on Sunday

From Nashville I-40 West to Exit #182, right on Highway 96, go over intersate and L & L Equipment is on the right
CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES
Checkout during auction and at conclusion of auction. Auction Yard open for settlements during auction operating hours Monday through Saturday.
