PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	Legacy Auctions accepts Visa, Mastercard or Discover - Credit or Debit. Winning Bids plus Buyer's Premium will be charged to the card used at registration within 24 hours of the end of the auction. An 18% Buyers premium will be charged to all sales. Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the end of the Auction. A second charge, to cover shipping and handling, will be charged after the amount is calculated. Handling fees are $5 per package sent, plus $1 per each additional lot after 1 lot. All small packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Confirmation. Larger packages will be shipped UPS with Insurance. Our goal is to ship items within 7 working days of the Auction. Any customer with a declined card will be charged a $25 fee when a valid card is presented for payment.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Legacy Auctions will do the packing and shipping for this auction. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Winning bidders pay actual costs. Small items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Large items ship UPS. UPS adds a $3 fee to each box shipped, which will be added to shipping costs. Large items such as furniture are the responsibility of the bidder to arrange shipping and pick up. Items must be picked up within 7 days of the auction. The credit card used during registration will be charged for purchases, buyer premium and shipping and handling upon completion of packaging. Handling is $5 per package sent plus $1 per lot over 1 lot. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition.
PREVIEW DATES AND TIMES	Doors open at 5pm the night of the auction, with the Auction beginning at 6pm
DRIVING DIRECTIONS	I-5 Exit 271, Turn West. Take 1st right at Shell station, proceed to Stop. Turn Right. Follow road past Woodburn Company Stores. Road makes S curve to right, Auction entrance is on the left just past the S curve.
CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	Picking up an item must be done within 7 days of the auction, or storage fees will be incurred. Any item left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and Legacy Auction & Estate Services has the right to resell the item to recoup storage fees.
PREFERRED SHIPPERS	Please contact the auction house for the preferred shipper�s contact information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS	All payments are due at the fall of the hammer unless otherwise specified. Please be aware of this, most likely the card used during auction registration will be charged for purchases, buyer premium and any other applicable fees. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of the Auction House. Be aware that invoice delinquency WILL lead to disabling of a bidder account and making all bidding unavailable on Proxibid. Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency. This can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Your bidder registration has been researched before approval for bidding at auction. The card provided on file was verified for identity purposes prior to approval. Lastly, chargeback�s will be not accepted for any reason or on any purchase through Proxibid. No exceptions. All property is sold �AS IS�, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Legacy Auction & Estate Services may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Legacy Auction & Estate Services be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Legacy Auction & Estate Services shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Legacy Auction & Estate Services will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Legacy Auction & Estate Services is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Legacy Auction & Estate Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Legacy Auction & Estate Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Legacy Auction & Estate Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Be aware that any display items - Jewelry Necks or trays, baskets, boxes, etc. are used for display only and are the property of Legacy Auction & Estate Services. If a display item is included in the lot, it will be noted in the description. If buyer wishes to pick up an item from the Auction center, it must be done within 7 days of the auction, or storage fees will be incurred. Any item left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and Legacy Auction & Estate Services has the right to resell the item to recoup storage fees.
