PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Closing to occur with 30-45 of seller's acceptance of offer. Down payment due on the day of contract is $5000.00 or 20% payable (which ever is the greater amount) in verifiable funds. Cash purchaser's deposit on day of auction is 10%.
- The down payment becomes non refundable upon acceptance by the Seller.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Interstate 64 West at Milton take exit 28 turn right at end of exit ramp. Go 4.2 miles, then turn left onto Bedford Ridge Road. Go 2.7 miles and then turn right at Bias Chapel onto Dry Ridge Road, travel 2.0 miles to Bear Ridge Subdivision in the peaceful country setting.
Alternate Route II
Turn right at end of Go Mart parking lot drive approx.½ mile. Turn right on Glenwood Road @ Milton Women’s Club. Go 3.6 miles and turn right onto Dudley Gap. Go 1.8 miles, make right onto Dry Ridge Road approx. 4 miles to Bear Ridge Subdivision.
