PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
For invoices totalling $ 2,500 or less, payment in full is due at end of auction. Unless otherwise instructed by the Buyer, we will process the credit card used upon registration for this auction immediately after auction. If you wish to pay with another card, please contact us. For invoices totalling more than $ 2,500, A deposit of $2500.00 will be due at the end of the auction via your credit card on file, with the remaining balance to be paid either with your card, or by bank wire transfer, or with certified funds which must be received by us no later than the 4th business day after the auction day. Certified Checks should be made payable to Advantage Auction & Realty and mailed to: Advantage Auction & Realty, Inc., 3400 Hwy. 72, Killen, AL 35645. If deposits on invoices are made, but the remaining balance is not paid within the specified time, then unless the Buyer has contacted us and received written approval for an extension of time to pay, between the auction date and Sept. 30, 2009, the Buyer will forfeit the deposit with no further recourse to claim items won at the auction or to reclaim the deposit. Buyers agree to these terms and illustrates acceptance of such terms by actively bidding at this auction.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Actual shipping costs charged to the Buyer. All items will be shipped with insurance coverage. Damages during shipment should be filed with the carrier. A packing and handling fee of 8.00 per box will be charged. We are happy to combine items for shipping.
