PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover Credit Cards ONLY. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback’s will not be accepted. All items being picked up at our location or shipped to within WA state will be charged WA state sales tax. ALL INTERNATIONAL bidders must use a wire transfer-money order-cashiers check-cash for payment No credit cards.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your credit card will be charged twice- once for purchases and once for shipping. Shipping and handling will be charged at a separate time. handling fee of 7.50 will be charged (per boxed item or items) we will ship as many items in one box pre your request. several items in one box 7.50 (3 boxes 7.50 per box)this is to cover the wrappers wage, bubble, box, tape etc. plus Ins and the shipping cost. DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF ITEMS SELLING TO ON-LINE BIDDERS PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEK FROM AUCTION DATE FOR SHIPPING

In no event shall (Hamilton’s Antique & Estate Auctions Inc.) be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. absolutely no credit card chargebacks will be allowed for any reason. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against (Hamilton’s Antique & Estate Auctions Inc.) or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. (Hamilton’s Antique & Estate Auctions Inc.) will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
