(863) 687-4500 The successful bidder will download a contract, fill in the correct purchase price including a 10% buyers premium sign and fax to Randy Kincaid Auction Company office (863) 667 0633 and wire an additional $5500 to the closing agent North American Title before 3pm Monday Sept 14th.
The balance of payment will be due on or before Oct 12, 2009 at closing. The seller will furnish title insurance policy, doc stamps on the deed. The buyer will be responsible for any desired inspections or survey. The buyer will also be responsible for a $225 closing fee and the charge for recording the deed. (approximately $35).
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Bidders will be responsible for making their own pickup or shipping arrangements.
We do not have scales at the site to weigh. We will assist with shipping arragements and provide post auction quotes for your order.
