PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
To register for this auction the bidder must post a $5000 deposit with the closing agent Stewart Title of Lakeland by bank check or wire transfer. Call our office for arrangements. Florida real estate law does not allow us to take credit card payments. The high bidder must make an additional deposit with Stewart Title in the amount of $45,000 by 4pm day of the auction and sign a contract for purchase and sale. The balance will be payable on or before 45 days from the date of the auction.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Bidders will be responsible for making their own pickup or shipping arrangements.
We do not have scales at the site to weigh. We will assist with shipping arragements and provide post auction quotes for your order.
