We accept Visa, Mastercard. We reserve the right to not issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established. Payment of purchases is due in full, no later than 3 days after the end of the sale. All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed an 18% buyer's premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium and applicable sales tax immediately following the auction. Shipping charges and handling fees will be charged to the credit card seperately at the time of shipping.
Items purchased by out-of-state buyers who do not intend to use their purchase in Tennessee, and who receive their purchase by standard shipping/deliver, may be exempt from sales tax. In-state purchase and purchases being picked up onsite will be subject to sales tax. Exempt buyers must provided a valid exemption certificate to receive the tax exemption.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
The cost of shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, shipping, handling and insurance costs will be paid by the buyer.
