Once you have received your invoice please go to baileyshonor.com and press the buy button to complete your purchase. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, and any taxes (if you are a Wi resident) Please wait for your invoice to be sent and then go to web site for payment. Payment within 24 hours is required, unless other arrangements have been made.Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. Wisconsin residents will pay sales tax of 5.1% if you do not have a WI resale number on file with Baileys Honor. Once we have received confirmation of your payment we will take the items to the shipper within 8 hours and then you can contact them 262-560-1506 for payment for shipping and packing. We do not share credit card information! It is something you need to do directly with them for security purposes. Please take care of your shipping within 48 hours
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Buyers are required to pay for all packing, shipping and insurance charges. Be aware that for larger and/or valuable items, shipping charges can be substantial. Baileys Honor Auction Service does not ship items, this is the buyers responsibility and liability solely. If you are bidding on a large item, please contact Baileys Honor Auction Service to discuss shipping arrangements prior to bidding. Items will be taken to the UPS Store and you may contact them (262-560-1506) to arrange shipping and payment for shipping services. If you do not agree with this shipping arrangement please do not bid. Please ask questions regarding shipping policy before bidding, thank you.

PREFERRED SHIPPERS	Shipping is done by the UPS store and you may contact them at 262-560-1560 or they will contact you. Please pay for your shipping within 48 hours of your payment for the items. Items may also be picked in Oconomowoc within 3 days of close of auction
TERMS AND CONDITIONS	ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Bidding on any item, whether in person, by phone, by absentee bid or via a live internet auction indicates the bidder's agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Bidders. Any right of bidder under this agreement shall not be assignable and shall only be enforceable by the original buyer. The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. All bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wisconsin. Should a dispute arise between Baileys Honor Auction Estate Service and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid to them at the address they provided to register. TERMS OF SALE. All Property is sold “AS IS WHERE IS” and ALL SALES FINAL. Please ask all questions before bidding. If you are unsure about an item, please do not bid, since all sales are final. We will be happy to answer any questions to allow for a positive auction sale. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bailey’s Honor may attempt to describe or attribute merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Bailey’s Honor Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before its final sale and to reject any bid for any reason. The highest bidder for each lot acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the "buyer". BUYER'S FEE. Buyers shall pay the final bid price of the lot, plus a buyer's fee for the lot equal to 18% of the final bid price for sales conducted via Proxibid. There is no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live within the boundaries of Wisconsin. If you live in Wisconsin a 5.1% sales tax will apply unless you have a resale number on file with Baileys Honor Auctions PRIOR TO THE SALE-NO EXCEPTIONS. Sales tax applies to the entire transaction including the buyer fee. SALES TAX. Buyers are required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS.. All sales are final, with no returns or refunds. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bailey’s Honor Auction Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Bailey’s Honor Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the items itself, Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Please ask all questions before auction and if you are unsure we ask that you not bid. In the event of a tie bid between a floor and absentee bidders, the floor bid will be honored. Baileys Honor Auctions is not responsible for any failure to execute a bid due to interruption of internet line service, premature closing of items, or human error. SHIPPING. It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove purchased property at his or her expense no later than 7 days after the auction date. At the request of the buyer, Baileys Honor Auction Service will have an independent company ship purchased items at the buyer's risk. Items will be shipped within 10 days after payment has been received. The shipping company used is solely up to the buyer. A list of local shipping companies will be provided to the winning bidder. Buyer is responsible for all applicable fees. Baileys Honor Auction Service is in no way responsible for the acts or omissions of independent handlers, packers or shippers of purchased items or for any loss, damage or delay from the packing or shipping of any property. All large items need to have arrangements made before bidding.
