Evans Trust November 17, 2009 /Garfield Co., OK �Legal Description: The Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section One (1), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Eight (8) W.I.M., Garfield County, Oklahoma. �Personal Property: The tenant is Ken Bolenbaugh. His phone number is 580-855-2212. Any chattel property, including, but not limited to, livestock, livestock equipment, hay, electric fencing, or farm equipment, is the property of the Tenant and may be removed prior to the time of possession. �Minerals: An undivided one-fourth (1/4) of the minerals are being sold and transferred with the surface. �Crop: None of the presently growing Milo crop nor any F.S.A. payments for same is being sold or transferred. The landlord�s one-third (1/3) of the 2010 harvest crops is being transferred to the Buyer. �F.S.A. Information: According to the Garfield County F.S.A., there are 104.6 acres of crop land with a 104.6 acre wheat base and a 41 bushel per acre yield. Buyer shall provide the balance of the full purchase price and Seller shall provide merchantable title to the Buyer at the time of closing, within approximately 30 days, according to the Terms and Conditions of the purchase contract.
