PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	Visa, Master card, Discover, Amex and Pay-pal are valid forms of payment. The credit card on file will be charged immediately following the auction (including shipping & handling fees). If you wish to pay via Pay-pal, please notify us via e-mail when registering, and pay immediately after auction. Send Pay-pal payments to jhall@charlescountyauctions.com. All outstanding invoices MUST be settled within three days of auction end. All items will be mailed the following Thursday after auction (if paid for). Any outstanding invoices/bids not paid for after three days will be considered void bids.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	All Coins & Currency will be shipped USPS Priority Mail & Insured. Any items with a final hammer price of $100 or more will also have signature confirmation. Packages will be shipped from zip code 20646. There will also be a $1 per lb packing fee. Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
PREVIEW DATES AND TIMES	Any Tuesday 8am-12pm or Thursday 1-5pm. The best time to preview is the Thursday before the auction.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS	From the Beltway(495) Take exit 7 towards Waldorf Route 5 south. Take RT5 to 301 south and follow 301 all the way to LaPlata. Go through LaPlata, staying on 301. Turn Left on Fairground Rd and Follow signs to auction. There is ample parking. From Richmond Take 95 North, to exit 104, rt 207 east, this becomes 301North. Follow 301 North into Maryland, over the Harry Nice bridge, and continue for approx 8 miles, turn right on Fairground road and follow signs. There is ample parking.
CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	All outstanding invoices MUST be settled within three days of auction end. All items will be mailed the following Thursday after auction (if paid for). Any outstanding invoices/bids not paid for after three days will be considered void bids.
PREFERRED SHIPPERS	Please contact the auction house for the preferred shipper�s contact information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS	1. Acceptable forms of payment are Credit Card and Pay-pal day of sale. All merchandise sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied by auctioneers, NO EXCEPTIONS! No items removed until settled for. Not responsible for accidents or lost or stolen Items. All announcements made sale day take precedence over printed material. 2. The Grading of all coins & currency is another person�s opinion. NOT the opinion of any agent of Charles County Auction Company. 3. All property is sold �AS IS�, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Charles County Auction Company may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Charles County Auction Company be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 4. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Charles County Auction Company shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. 5. Charles County Auction Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. 6. Charles County Auction Company is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Charles County Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Charles County Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Charles County Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All outstanding invoices MUST be settled within three days of auction end.
