PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	All items must be paid in full via wire transfer within 3 business days of the end of the auction. An e-mail will be sent at the conclusion of the auction with payment information.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping logistics and costs. No equipment may be removed until paid for in full.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	This is an online, timed auction. There will be no live auction. All bids must be placed online through Proxibid. Bidder must be registered thru Proxibid. A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, no AMEX) is required for bidder verification. This is for verification only; no charge will be made. Credit Cards will not be accepted for payment. Payment must be made via wire transfer (see below). Please register early to allow for registration time. Bidding for timed auctions works similarly to absentee bidding. You can place your maximum bid amount, and let the computer bid on your behalf, up to your maximum. Neither the auctioneer, nor the seller, are privy to this information. Bidding for all items ends at 12:00 Noon, Eastern time, on August 14, 2007. Bidding will not be extended. All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS". No warranty or guarantee is express or implied by either the seller or the auctioneer. Bidders acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item online as well as if they had personally inspected the item. Failure of Bidder to personally inspect any item shall not constitute grounds for bid withdrawal or adjustment. Personal inspections are available and encouraged. Any item may be inspected by a bidder or his representative by appointment. Call (803) 469-6967 to arrange for your personal inspection. All sales are final. All transactions are between the seller and the buyer. The auctioneer is acting as the seller's agent. A 10% buyers premium will be added to all winning bids. For example, a winning bid of $1000 will have a buyers premium of $100 added to it, for a total price of $1100. Please take this into account in your bidding. All purchases must be paid for via wire transfer and payment must be recieved within 3 business days of the conclusion of the auction. Please contact the Auctioneer at (803) 469-6967 for wire transfer information. Successful bidders will receive an invoice via email showing the amount due. Please contact the auctioneer for wire transfer instructions. All purchases must be paid for in full prior to shipping or removal of the item. All items have been un-installed from their current installation, or will be un-installed prior to pick-up. All logisticts of shipping, including but not limited to, packaging, crating, frieght are the responsibility of the buyer. Auctioneer and sellers will coordinate with buyers on shipping. All items must be picked up by the buyer by August 31, 2007, or storage charges will apply.
