PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
We accept cash, approved check, Visa, Mastercard, and Wire Transfers. Buyers not known to us, who wish to write a check must provide of Letter of Guarantee from an officer of your bank on original stationery addressed to Hanson Realty & Auction Co. This letter should state an exact amount of funds guaranteed and should be presented to the cashier at the time of bidder registration. Credit arrangements must be made by 2:00 pm on Friday, October 26, 2007 so bank statements can be verified. We reserve the right to not issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established. Hanson Realty & Auction Co. reserves the right to hold all merchandise until such check has cleared and receipt of funds is verified. There will be a $ 100.00 return check fee on all returned checks. Payment of purchases is expected by the end of the sale. All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed a 15% buyer's premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium and item handling fee immediately following the auction. Shipping charges will be charged to the credit card seperately by the shipper. If paying by Wire Transer, please contact our office for instructions.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
The cost of shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, shipping, handling and insurance costs will be arranged and paid for by the purchaser. A rigger will be onsite the day of the sale to give estimates for machine removal. All purchases must be removed by Friday, November 2, 2007. Pick-up arrangements to be made by appointment only after the day of the sale. Contact our office to make arrangements.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From I-40 take Exit 188 for TN-249 toward Kingston Springs/Ashland City. Turn Right onto Hwy 249 toward Harpeth View Trail. Stay on Hwy 249 for about 13.2. Turn Left onto US-70 and travel approx. 10 miles. Bear Right onto TN-47 N and travel 1.7 miles. The auction will be on your Left.
