In the event auctioneer is asked to come to the auction site after the removal deadline, a $400 cash fee will be charged. Sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides a signed resale certificate. Bidders should send their resale certificate to auctioneer before bidding is complete, otherwise you will be charged sales tax. Titled vehicles will not be charged sales tax.
