This lot has approximately 140 post cards that range from fair to perfect condition , some with writing and some blank. There are Photo postcards as well as color tinted postcards. There are greeting cards, sets of postcards, some with sparkles, other with moving/liftable parts. All postcards that have been used are dated between 1900 and 1915.

There are many Photo Postcards and many cards have not been written on. There is a series of Boston Postcards that show photos of The old state house, Christ church, City Hall, North Station, and the Public Garden.

Kaziun Paperweight

Charles Kaziun "Sunbonnet Sue" paperweight signed with K in front and Gold "K" on bottom. Charles Kaziun, Jr., 1919-1992, lived and worked in Brockton, MA and was often referred to as the “Father of the American Paperweight Renaissance” and also been described as “our greatest American contemporary paperweight artist and maker”. You can read more about him and see colored photos of his weights in “Magic In The Glass, The Paperweight Artistry of Charles Kaziun, Jr.” by Drabeck and also “Paperweights for Collectors” by Lawrence & Linda Selman.
