ERMA .22rf SEMI-AUTO LUGER PISTOL, Mdl. La22, serial number 07972

This little military look-alike was made in Germany and upon its import to the U.S. it became a favorite backpacker, or tackle-box gun, as it was a dependable compact 10-shot semi-auto pistol. This gun shows wear from usage on its bluing. Comes with a recent reprint of the original Owner's Manual. HI-STANDARD MODEL "B" .22
Hot Lot!
SOLD: $200.00

Lot # 10

HI-STANDARD MODEL "B" .22rf semi-auto pistol

This was H-S' first gun, a remake of the Hartford Arms Mdl. 25, a company which H-S purchased. This gun appears to have been refinished into a very attractive target pistol. Front sight modified to sharp blade. If it was refinished, the job was done without harming the original stampings, although the serial number usually found on front of the grip strap is no longer there. Serial number 736 is stamped into the bottom of the slide. (This is probably only the last 3 digits of a longer serial number, as this gun is certainly a much later variation.) Bore and mechanics are excellent. However, like ALL older guns it should be checked by a reliable and competent gunsmith before firing. Right grip has small pieces missing near bottom. Reproduction grips are available. A beautiful old target pistol. C&R eligible. (200-300)

HI-STANDARD MODEL "B" .22
Hot Lot!

Lot # 11

HI-STANDARD MODEL "B" .22rf semi-auto pistol. Serial number 27326

very good finish and bore. Slight bluing wear on front of grip strap. According to a very reliable Hi-Standard source, this gun was shipped Aug. 18, 1937 to Bauer Hardware Co. in Haynesville, LA.  Mechanically very crisp and locks up tightly. However, like ALL older guns, it should be checked by a reliable and competent gunsmith before firing. Original grips still sharp with no cracks or chips. This was a remake of the Hartford Arms Mdl. B semi-auto, which became the H-S Model "B' when H-S bought the Hartford Co. A beautiful old target pistol and nice addition to any collection of early American handguns. (200-300)
