Lot # 705 1958 Chevrolet ImpalaThis Rio Red 348 tripower convertible is One (1) of the nicest body off restorations seen in a long time. The chassis is done all to factory specifications down to the red oxide primer; free from undercoat is easy to see this rust free car is as nice underneath as it is on top. The engine compartment is as correct as the day it left the factory. Power steering and brakes, the correct black satin finish sets off the well done 348 3x2 engine. It has the right intake, block, and carbs with the correct vacuum linkage. All chrome & stainless is show quality. The paint (Rio Red) is single stage paint, done by a professional. The dual antenna, continental kit, skirts, and power windows are some of the options. There is a new correct white soft top, which fits perfectly with all new weather strips. There is a correct new interior, and rugs that fit without a wrinkle. The Two (2) tone steering wheel is in excellent condition. All the doors close perfect and easy. All electrical works fine, including the original Delco radio. This is without a question a professional restoration.
