Any additional chattel property, including, but not limited to, any livestock, livestock equipment, hay, electric fencing, farm equipment, recreational and yard items in and around the land and buildings is the property of the Seller and may be removed prior to the time of possession. No minerals are being sold or transferred and the abstracts shall exclude all mineral instruments. None of the presently growing 2008-2009 soybean crop nor any F.S.A. payments for the 2008-2009 crop year are being sold or transferred. F.S.A. Information: According to the Garfield County F.S.A., these farms are in an F.S.A. unit which has approximately 191.3 acres of cropland with a 179 acre wheat base and a 38 bushel per acre yield.
