TWO: Obtain a cashiers check in the amount of $10,000 as an earnest money deposit payable to Thomson Title Corporation. The Cates representative will give you a password which will allow you to bid online during the auction on www.proxibid.com FIVE: Click the "Register" button on the sale posting on www.proxibid.com. SIX: Bid on the property online on auction day using your password. ONLINE HIGH BIDDER INSTRUCTIONS: ONE: If you are the successful bidder on the property, Congratulations!
