Cast brass hilt with double clam guard with raised images of two sovereigns flanked by cherubs and the initials W R and M R. Imagery repeated on reverse of guard and on ball pommel. One-piece wooden grip. No scabbard.

.54 caliber smoothbore. 5 1/2-inch side-by-side percussion barrels, with stamped and gilt decoration. Steel mountings to walnut stock, with finely executed silver wire scroll inlay on top. Acorn finial to front tang of triggerguard.
Condition: Good. Brown patina to steel, with pitting, marks and wear. Stock with mars, cracks and chips. Missing ramrod. Barrels and fore-end possibly shortened.

Deluxe Single Shot Percussion Pistol By R. De Maubeuge, C. 1850s

.65 caliber micro-groove 9-inch octagonal swamped and Damascus twist patent breech barrel, with open sights. Bottom of barrel at breech marked, "Domerlt" on one side and "Meubeuge" on other. Back action lock marked in script "Mre Rle de Maubeuge." Escutcheon on left side of stock opposite lock engraved in script "Meubeuge." Finely relief-carved oil-finished walnut half-stock with steel mounts, spur on triggerguard, and lanyard swivel at buttcap. Brass-mounted steel ramrod.
Condition: Very good. Gray patina to steel, light pitting. Barrel with pronounced Damascus twist, and scattered light pitting. Stock with light wear and nicks. Scattered pitting in bore and light denting at muzzle.

.58 caliber smoothbore 7 1/16-inch octagonal and swamped barrel. Border and floral engraved steel mountings. Checkered walnut half-stock. Ivory-tipped wood cleaning rod.
Condition: Good. Re-blued barrel and buttcap. Pitting and patina. Stock cleaned, with crack at right side of fore-end. Hammer will not stay at full or half cock. Replaced ramrod.
