All items are sold and accepted by bidder “As Is, Where Is, With All Faults” and “With Removal at Buyer’s Risk and Expense.” Tranzon and Seller disclaim all warranties and make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the condition of the property being sold at auction. Bidders or any agent thereof acknowledges that they have inspected all of the assets upon which they will be bidding and/or does purchase. The property auctioned will be sold absolute to the highest bidder as determined by Tranzon, with no minimum, reservation, or buy-back.
