This vintage sterling silver necklace has smokey quartz cabashon, on a nice handmade setting. The pendant is sterling, and is 1 3/8" x 3/4". The wire band is not sterling, and it is about 15" around. These are in very good condition, with light tarnishing.

Mexican Silver Necklace Southwestern Style Jewelry

Hand Made Greek Style Vase w/ Embellishment

This vase has an ancient Greek style, in an ivory tone glaze, with crazing overall.  It also has hand embellishments done with black ink.  The bottom is signed with initials "gm".  We believe it is an older piece, maybe 20 years old or more.  The size measures 17 1/2" tall, and 5" in diameter.

The hand embellishments make this vase different from those you normally find.

Vintage Pegi Paris 1950s Ladys Brushed Gold COMPACT

Offered here is a vintage brushed gold-toned metal compact in an elegant, modern style. The compact, by Pegi Paris, measures 2.5" by 2.75". It is outfitted with a puff and a powder screen, but appears never to have been stocked with powder or used. This piece does have some surface spotting consistent with age but is overall in very good condition.

This elegant old plate came from a wonderful antique glassware collection we have been selling over the last few months. We have been unable to come up with an age or maker of this piece. It has a unique zipper or feather design. Etched on the bottom of the plate is Rd55693. The dish measures approximately 4-3/4 in diameter and is a shallow bowl design that might be considered a plate or dish. Perhaps once used as a pin dish this exquisite glass piece might find many uses in your collection.

Vint Altered Malachite Sterling Silver Pendant / Brooch

This vintage piece of sterling silver jewelry was originally a pendant, until it was custom altered with a pin to become a brooch.  We believe the long pieces of silver were also later additions, which takes the traditional shape into a more abstract design.  It is 2 1/4" x 1 3/4".  The stone is malachite.  Overall it is in very good condition, with slight tarnishing. 

You could wear this as a brooch or a pendant--either way it is a unique piece of vintage jewelry.

Ice Blue Capris Plate w/ Pontil Scalloped Edge Dish

Here is a lovely dish that would make a colorful accent piece to your table or decor. We don't know a lot about this delicate plate. It came with a collection of antique and quality glassware that we have been selling over the last few months. It measures approximately 6-1/2 inches in diameter and has a pontil mark on the reverse center of the plate. Circular ribbing and a delicate scalloped edge create the lovely look to this piece. The dish is in very nice condition with a couple of very tiny flea bites out of the ribbing near the center of the plate. Otherwise it is in very nice condition. Make this fine dish a usable and decorative piece in your home.

This pair of  silver sodalite earrings was purchesed in Santa Fe New Mexico in 1992 for $75.  They are in excellent condition.  The sodalite is deep blue, with touches of green that make it look like planet earth.   Each is 3/4" x 1 3/8".  The settings are sterling marked.

Randle El was the first player in Division I history to pass for 40 career touchdowns and score 40 career rushing touchdowns. He was the Big Ten Player of the Year in 2001, and was named the first-team All-American quarterback.  He finished his college career as the fifth on the all-time NCAA total yardage list, and became the first player in college football history to record 2,500 total yards for four consecutive years.  He is considered to be the second most statistically productive dual-threat quarterback to ever play college football. His quarterback experience allowed the Steelers to use him as a passer in a variety of trick plays, most notably a game-clinching 43-yard fake reverse touchdown pass to Hines Ward in Super Bowl XL.  He was the third non-quarterback and the first receiver to throw a touchdown pass in the Super Bowl.

U2 Vertigo Concert Poster, Tickets, Las Vegas 2005

This concert took place at the Las Vegas//MGM Grand Garden Arena, November 4th and 5th, 2005. The tickets are in Excellent condition, with slight crease marks.
The poster is 24 x 33 inches, and features a black & white image of the band, with a big blood red V. All has been matted in red and black, and framed in a matte black metal frame, 32 x 43 inches, with non-glare glass.

New York Mets Tom Glavine Autographed MLB Baseball

During the 1990s, Glavine was one of the winningest pitchers in the National League. He is a five-time 20-game winner and two-time Cy Young Award winner, and one of only 23 pitchers (and just 5 left-handers) in major league history to earn 300 career wins. He is also known as an excellent fielding and hitting pitcher.

In an era of the diminishing 20-game winner (there were none in the majors in 2006), Glavine became the last major league pitcher-and the only pitcher active in 2007-to win 20 games in three consecutive years (1991-1993).  Glavine, Maddux, and Smoltz formed the best pitching rotation of the decade. Among them, they won seven Cy Young Awards during the period of 1991 to 1998.

In 2007, Tom Glavine became the first Mets left-hander in nearly 30 years to start at least thirty games in four consecutive seasons.  Glavine won his 300th game against the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field, bringing his record to 300-197. Chicago Bulls First 70 Wins 1996 Jeff Hamilton Jacket

This limited edition leather and wool jacket was designed by Jeff Hamilton, to commemorate the Chicago Bulls on being the first team in NBA history to win 70 games in a single season. A suede and leather patch on front marks the "70 WIN SEASON." The bold design on back features a big hoop and the years of that season, done in a collage of cut-out leather and suede, in red, white, orange, black and gold. The arms are all leather, and the body is wool. The jacket style has a snap-front, elastic sleeves and waist, quilted nylon lining, and silver piping on the collar and shoulder seams. Although it is marked 4X, the size is more like an XXL. It was never worn, and is in Like New condition. It originally retailed for over $1000.
There are very few such historic NBA milestones as the 70 win season, and there are very few jackets like this to commemorate it! This jacket is a great historic Bulls collectible.

Rafael Palmeiro Signed 3000th Hit & 500th HR Baseball

A four-time All-Star, two-time Silve Slugger, and a three-time Gold Glove winner at first base, Palmeiro became the 19th player (and the second Hispanic, after Sammy Sosa) to reach the 500-home run plateau on May 12, 2003. He also became the first player in history to have led his league in singles one year and joined the 500-homer club.  He ranks tenth in history with 569 home runs.

Palmeiro is an anomaly in his sport because he did not hit his stride until after the age of 30, when he began a streak of hitting 30-plus home runs and batting in 100-plus runs nine seasons in a row (1995-2003); Palmerio is history's most prolific home run hitter to have never won the home run crown.   He has the greatest number of career home runs for a player who never led his league in that category.  Palmeiro has played in 2,831 major league games, the most by any player who has never played in the World Series.

He set several Major League and American League records and was voted the greatest first baseman of all time by the Baseball Writers' Association.[1] His record for most career grand slam home runs (23) still stands today. A native of New York City, he played for the New York Yankees until his career was cut short by amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), now commonly referred to in the US as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Gehrig was known as "The Iron Horse" for his durability. Over a 15-year span between 1925 and 1939, he played in 2,130 consecutive games. The streak was broken when Gehrig became disabled with the fatal neuromuscular disease that claimed his life two years later. Koufax's career peaked with a run of six outstanding seasons from 1961 to 1966, before arthritis ended his career at age 30. He was named the National League's Most Valuable Player in 1963, and won the 1963, 1965, and 1966 Cy Young Awards by unanimous votes; in all three seasons, he won the pitcher's triple crown by leading the league (indeed, both major leagues) in wins, strikeouts, and earned run average. A notoriously difficult pitcher for batters to face, he was the first major leaguer to pitch more than three no-hitters, to average fewer than seven hits allowed per nine innings pitched in his career, and to strike out more than nine batters per nine innings pitched in his career.
