If you have any questions on a specific item please call 860-617-2548. No property is removed until paid for. Once an item is "Sold" to the highest bidder, that item becomes the sole responsibility of that bidder. All items are sold as is where is. It is the sole responsibility of anyone attending the auction, to take part in the inspection of the auction items. Bidders are welcomed to inspect items prior to the auction date. Bidders who bid and are not present at the preview dates understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. All items must be picked up during the removal dates. Items not removed within those removal dates will be considered abandoned. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own personnel and equipment necessary for removal. All property is sold 'AS IS', and all sale are final.
