License can be mailed, faxed or emailed to our location. Gun will be shipped within 4 days of receipt of license. Gun can be picked up at our location within 10 business days of the auction. If you pick up the gun and are from out of state we will have to charge Michigan Sales Tax unless you provide a copy of your sales tax license. If you have an FFL, we will exchange licenses. Michigan Residents with a Concealed Pistol License will be exempt from NICS background checks; however, ATF Form 4473 still needs to be completed. NICS background checks will be performed on all other individuals at our place of licensure at 1106 S. Kalamazoo, Marshall, Michigan. Please call before arrival to arrange an appointment.
