Simple Terms.
1. Everything sells where is as is without an written or assumed warranty or guarantee.
2. All sales are final.
3. Bid accordingly as there are no returns.
4. If a Buyer from Proxibid is the successful winner of an item, Proxibid will send an invoice with 15% Buyers Premium to the Buyer and the Buyer then needs to make their payment to Backes Auctioneers within 5 working days and contact us at 800.876.8070 for payment method.
5. Removal is buyers responsibility. Palletizing and crating will not be available. A representative from auction company will be onsite until Tuesday evening. He will contact you immediately follwoing auction so please be available to arrange pickup. All items need to be picked up within one week if possible. Additional time may be granted if you call BEFORE the auction to explain your needs.
