Buyers may take possession of their purchases only upon completion of the necessary BATF documents. All firearms buyers will be required to fill out ATF form 4473 at the Dealer, Sovereign Guns, at the time of pick up. A gun permit or concealed carry permit will be required to purchase a handgun. All Items must be paid for in full prior to transfer upon document completion. All items must be paid for prior to leaving on sale day. Firearms cannot be removed on the day of the sale.
