Sale per order of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Case #13-52939, James Rogan Trustee. The court retains the right to alter the terms and remove the item from sale any time prior to conclusion. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine sale price. 6% Kentucky sales tax will be charged. Any property taxes shall be prorated as of the date of transfer. This sale is being conducted by J. James Rogan, trustee of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District, State of Kentucky. Partners Realty Inc is an agent of J. The United States Bankruptcy Court retains the right to pursue any legal remedy against any party who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this sale including but not limited to the retention of any payment received and the resale of the trailer. All risk of loss, property damage and product liability is transferred to the buyer 48 hours after conclusion of sale. The auction will move quickly and the auction company will not be liable for missed Internet bids.
