It will be the buyers responsibility to load his purchases if they weigh more than 2000 lbs. Pickup after July 25 shall be by appointment only. All items not removed on or before July 29 shall be considered as abandoned . There will be no shipping. ITEMS NEED TO BE PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED DAY AT THE DESIGNATED TIME. If any payment is dishonored for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds, stop payment or the like, Bidder/Buyer agrees, whether such payment is signed by Bidder/Buyer as maker or endorser, that if such payment is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees incurred, together with all court costs and associated expenses in the event suit is instituted.
