All motorcycles shown in this listing will be onsite at the auction site. You will be able to inspect the motorcycle if you are in the Las Vegas area. If you would like us to inspect a motorcycle for you please call our office at 651-633-9655 and request this inspection. We will inspect the motorcycle and report back to you during the auction days. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the motorcycle viewing site understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. MidAmerica Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. MidAmerica Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against MidAmerica Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. MidAmerica Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. MidAmerica Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All methods of payment require a $500 approval held on your credit card at time of bidder registration. If you successfully purchase a vehicle, the $500 will be used toward the 20% (minimum $2000) deposit on your purchase. All buyer payments must be made with good funds which are defined as cash, bank wire transfers, cashiers checks, traveler’s checks, personal company checks backed by a bank letter of guarantee (contact auction house for requirements). This currently dated letter must be presented and will be attached to our copy of your bidder registration form. A 10% buyer’s fee (minimum $125) will be charged at time of settlement, for each lot purchased through internet bidding. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted forms of payment with a 3% handling charge. Bank Title Drafts are not acceptable. Arrangements can be made to leave a 20% nonrefundable cash deposit (minimum $2000) for each vehicle purchased with the balance due in the full before buyer takes possession. If the vehicle is sold on a 'Bill of Sale Only' buyer accepts all responsibility and costs in obtaining a title and/or registration in their particular state and country. If you do not contact MidAmerica at the auction site with this information, shipping and/or storage will be arranged for you at your expense. ***To become a bidder there is a $500 deposit needed.
