Pop! Culture Connection LLC will send an invoice inclusive of shipping 1-2 days of auction end. We charge the customer payment method on file with Proxibid. Please be sure your payment method on file is up to date, valid, and funds are available. Any declined payments will be assessed a $25 re-charge fee. If a response is not received and or payment not made within 4 days of being contacted by Pop CC regarding a declined payment. An invoice review will be submitted to Proxibid. We ship within 3-5 days of auction end via USPS and FedEx. We do not ship Sunday or Mondays. Fedex shipments will not ship until Tuesday of the following week if an auction ends Thursday prior. We will not make arrangements to use personal shipping accounts with other carriers. We do not use UPS.Tracking information is provided on a case by case basis or if requested by the buyer. Tracking information and updates can be provided during regular business hours, Tuesday-Saturday 11-6 Eastern. All returns must be per-authorized by Pop! Culture Connection LLC. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If items are shipped without prior authorization, the package will be returned to the sender and no refund issued. Items are sold as is. We will however work with the buyer on a case by case basis if an item arrives damaged or not working. Insurance is included with most shipments. If items are damaged during shipping a claim will be filed with the respective shipping company. We do not offer partial refunds.
