In the event that Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of SA’s approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in SA’s auction, Bidder confesses judgement to fraud having been committed by Bidder against SA and further agrees that Bidder is liable to SA for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting.
