Every effort has been made to describe the sale items accurately, however due to the possibility of incorrect information and typographical errors, the auctioneer, owner and printer will not be responsible for any errors that might appear in advertisements. The auctioneers announcemnets on the day of the sale will take precedence over all previously stated or printed advertising.
