Manners of Sale: This property is being offered in seven (7) tracts totaling approximately 2,000 acres and sold in “As-Is” condition. Auction procedure and increments of bidding are at the discretion of the auction company. Terms: Auctioneer-Broker shall require 15% irrevocable earnest money from the successful bidder on auction day with the balance in full due upon closing. Personal and Corporate checks are acceptable for the down payment with the final payment to be made in certified funds. All funds will be held at Lyon County Title. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. If financing is necessary, it needs to be arrange prior to the auction.
