Payment

We will charge your first registered credit card immediately after the auction is completed. Please be sure the credit card you would like to use for the auction is the first on your Proxibid list. Do not send additional payment! If payment is not received in full by one of the prescribed methods of payment within two business days of the closed auction the buyer will relinquish all claims to the property. The property will be resold by Pacific Auction Companies in any method they deem appropriate. The original buyer will be held responsible for any deficiency between the original sales price and the resale price including a 20% commission deduction.

Purchases will be charged to the first credit card you used to register immediately following the auction. If payment is not received within 2 business days of closed auction, all items will be relinquished by customer. Buyer will pay actual shipping charges plus a packaging charge between $5 and $20 based on our time used and materials to prepare the item(s) for shipping. Shipping will happen within two weeks of payment. A tracking number will be provided via email once items are shipped out. Please make sure that the email will be able to make it through your spam filter before contacting the company about a tracking number. Most shipping will occur by the United States Postal Service or UPS. VEHICLES- Require special shippers and handling fees. You are encouraged to confirm the shipping cost prior to bidding. OVERSIZED ITEMS- Special handling, packing fees and shipping rates may apply. Please obtain an estimate prior to bidding. Our catalog description will state ?oversize? on any item we believe will require these additional charges. STORAGE- All Items must be picked up by Wednesday April 30th at 5:00 pm unless additional arrangements are made by speaking only with Lee McBride of Pacific Auction.
