Please review the items thoroughly before placing your bid. Please email us with any questions you may have. Any items listed without a COA have been researched and compared to the best of our abilities and are believed to be authentic. All items will have a 15% buyer's premium added to the hammer price of the items won.
RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted, provided that the buyer contacts us within 10 days of receipt of the item. If the reason for return is of no fault of R and R Memorabilia (buyer's remorse, unwanted gift, etc), a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund balance. Return Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected. All items must be received in the same condition in which they were shipped to qualify for a full refund. Only the original hammer price + buyer's premium is eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
AUTHENTICITY:
Most of the items we list have a Certificate of Authenticity and/or a security hologram for a major authenticator. If in the event an item is not authenticated by a major authority, we research items and will only list them if we believe, to the best of our knowledge and research, that they are authentic. We cannot and will not be liable for any alleged damages (monetary or otherwise) if an authenticator has a different opinion than ours. The only 100% way to authenticate an autograph is to be present at the signing.
