1840 USA HISTORIC PRESIDENTIAL GRAND PIANO

A stunningly beautiful Chickering and Sons concert grand piano Circa 1840, made from exquisite Brazilian Rose Wood is, for the first time, being offered for sale to the public. This very rare piano is the only one in existence, and dates back to the Zachary Taylor U.S. presidency. The piano is embellished by hand carved American Eagle legs, carved music rack, and a finely detailed carved bench. The Star Spangled Banner is carved on the music rack. A historic masterpiece the concert grand piano measures eight foot six inches in length. As a fully restored one-of-a-kind centerpiece, this eighty note piano provides true concert hall quality sound. A uniquely spectacular and certified collector piece, the piano is accented by 24 K gold rope trim that borders the body of the piano, as well as the piano bench. A large embossed U.S. Presidential seal is displayed on both sides.
