Lot # 1 6 Arthur Kraft Drawings. Circa 1950Fun group of Arthur Kraft drawings. Only the drawing of the Rooster is signed. It is signed "Happy Easter, Dear Tim. Arthur". The others are definitely of the same hand and have written along the bottom edge Kraft Circa 1950 in what appears to be Krafts own hand.

Lot # 2 James Duard Marshall Cripple Creek, CO Main Street WatercolorLoose watercolor showing a Barber Shop, water tower, buildings and a Fireman (?) walking down the street. Have been told that this is/was Cripple Creek, Colorado. Not guaranteed to be, but a former resident immediately said "Oh, that's Cripple Creek" and went on to describe the town then & now. This is loose and measures 7 3/4" X 10".

Lot # 6 Group of 1950s Cowboy & BullFighter WatercolorsThis group's consignor's parents owned a small art gallery in Texas in the 1950s and these are what remains. The parents became sign painters to make ends meet and the gallery just faded away. There are 13 works in this group and most are by Baez and most depict either Cowboys or bullfighters. There are some condition issues throughout. Sold as a group and definately as is.

Lot # 10 Leonore Beran "San Joaquin River" California O/BNice painting by leonore Beran that is titled "San Jaoquin River - South Fork Mono Hot Springs, California" on the reverse. Painting is signed bottom left and on the reverse as well as the original Beran label on the reverse too. This is most definately a Beran oil painting. She has displayed throughout the States, Canada and Hawaii. She has won more the 50 1st & 2nd prizes in major competitions and has been honored with many one woman shows. The frame measures 20 3/4" X 32 1/2".
