Any livestock, livestock equipment, electric fencing, hay, portable corral panels, deer stands and feeders, or farm equipment located on the said land is the property of the Sellers and may be removed prior to the time of possession. According to the Logan County F.S.A.: Farm #1: There are approximately 75.3 acres of cropland with a 71.1 acre wheat base & a 36 bushel per acre yield; & a 1.6 acre oats base with a 47 bushel per acre yield.
