Item Details

MG Hunting, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. 2 day 1x1 Rifle, Handgun or Bow hunt for 1 hunter. Included are 1 Blackbuck trophy fee, reception and assistance in Buenos Aires International Airport, vehicle transfers and ground transportation to and from different hunting areas, high quality meals and lodge accommodations, guiding and field trophy preparation. You will be hunting primarily on a 15,000 acre private area, approximately 2 hours drive from the airport. Hunt can be upgraded to include extra days ($400 per day), and additional animals - Axis Deer, Wild Goats, Water Buffalo, etc – all per published price list. Not included are trophy fees on additional animals taken, gun permits ($75 per firearm, limit 2), hunting license (approx $150), layovers in Buenos Aires, or telephone/office expenses. Hunt must be taken during open dates. Marcelo Gil, MG proprietor, will accompany you during the entire hunt, assuring you the personalized attention that characterizes his hunting programs. Payment

Your credit card will be charged for your purchases immediately upon the fall of the hammer. Failure to complete the transaction at this time will result in the lot re-entering the ring and being resold.

THIS IS A LIVE AUCTION WITH RESERVE. This means that the Chapter reserves the right to establish a reserve price, to accept or decline any and all bids or to withdraw the item at any time prior to the announcement of the completion of the sale by the auctioneer. All items currently listed in the program as live auction items have a reserve. This means that a minimum acceptable price has been set and the Chapter may or may not disclose the reserve price during the auction. The Chapter may change the reserve price at any time. In order to win a live auction item, your final bid must be higher than the reserve for that item. You need not be physically present to win.

No live auction item may be transferred or resold without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors of the Chapter, which may consent or withhold consent for the transfer for any reason in their sole discretion. Only the person registered as a bidder and being declared the winning bid on an item by the auctioneer shall be considered the owner of that item. Any subsequent attempt to transfer the item shall result in forfeiture of the item back to the Chapter. Neither the Chapter nor the donor shall be responsible for refunding any payments made to purchase an item that has been forfeited. The decision as to whether an item has been transferred or attempted to be transferred shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Board of Directors of the Chapter.

If a person is the winning bidder on a firearm in the live auction or the winner of a firearm in any game, raffle, or drawing, the person shall contact The Trophy Room, LLC at 703-837-8215 to arrange for the transfer or shipment of the firearm. All federal, state, and local rules apply to the transfer of firearms. Firearms for which no arrangements have been made within 30 days of the date of the auction may incur storage fees at the then published storage rates of The Trophy Room, LLC subject to the current terms and conditions. All charges for shipment of firearms and any storage fees, if applicable, shall be paid prior to shipment or transfer of the firearm.

This is a live auction with reserve. All persons attending the exhibition, sale, or removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Morris Auctions from any liability. 2. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Morris Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Morris Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 3. All internet Bidders agree to pay a buyer’s premium equal to Ten Percent 10% of the hammer price of each item they purchase. If the hammer price of an item is $100.00 the buyer’s premium will be $10.00 for a total purchase price of $110.00. 4. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Morris Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Morris Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason accept an intentional and material misrepresentation of the item itself made by Morris Auctions. 5. Morris Auctions is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Morris Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Morris Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Morris Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. 6. The auctioneer shall advance the bidding at his own discretion. Morris Auctions may withdraw any item before or during the auction. Should a tie or a dispute arise between two bidders, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, reopen the bidding until the property is sold. The record of the auction made by Morris Auctions shall be conclusive. 7. When the auctioneer says “sold” Bidder assumes full responsibility for the merchandise. Everything MUST be paid for in full at the conclusion of the auction. Payment shall be made in cash or personal check or by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If a check accepted by Morris Auctions is returned for any reason bidder agrees that Morris Auctions may re-present it in person or electronically and collect the amount of the check as well as the highest service charges and fees allowed under Virginia law. Unless exempted by law, the purchaser shall pay any and all applicable taxes. Bidder agrees to indemnify Morris Auctions against any claim if sales tax is not collected on Bidder’s purchases. Bidder agrees to not stop payment on any check paid to Morris Auctions. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card. 8. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Fragile items and purchases over $500 will be shipped by a professional packer and may result in higher shipping costs. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. Any merchandise not removed by bidder may be resold at the next auction or disposed of in any other way Morris Auctions deems to be suitable. 9. Morris Auctions may refuse a buyer’s number to anyone for any reason. Bidder agrees to provide any identification Morris Auctions may request including but not limited to: drivers license, photocopies of credit cards, Social Security card or Passport.
