All Sales Final. Decision of Auctioneer is Final in Any/All disputes. All purchases will be first charged to your Registered Credit Card for the amount of your bids, plus premiums, plus tax, plus all shipping, packing, and handling - immediately following the Auction.
Credit Cards or Payment Verification for a line of Credit to bid with must be made prior to bidder's live bidding on the day of the auction. Online bidder's will be charged to their credit card the total of their purchases immediately following the live auction.

Bidder and Auctioneers agree that the terms listed below shall govern this auction.
1.FULL PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE ON THE DATE OF THE AUCTION BEFORE BUYER LEAVES THE PREMISES OR AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE ON-LINE BIDDING.
2.TERMS OF AUCTION: Unless auction is announced as absolute, the auctioneer/auction firm has the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneer/auction firm further has the right to bid on behalf of the buyer or the seller or for their own account. Auctioneer/auction firm reserves the right to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots, or withdraw any lot or lots from the auction. Payment for purchases must be made by cash, cashier's check, credit card. On larger purchases (over $1,000.00 aggregate buyer) accompanied by Letter of Credit from buyer's bank (or Credit Card Authorization) for this particular auction and proof of identity. No Letters of Credit for other auctions will be honored. All checks will be made payable to Exclusively Auctions, Inc. Note: Credit Card registered for prior to the auction will be charged until any check payments are honored.
Buyer's Premium- when announced a Buyers Premium will be added to final bid price to arrive at the sale price. Any sales tax would be added on this final sale price. All sales are subject to State Sales Tax laws. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks or disallow a sight draft and is responsible for any expenses due to the collection of bad checks or payment transmittals of any type. Buyer further agrees that shipping, packing and handling charges will be added to the cost of Buyer's purchase.
3.NO WARRANTY: The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this auction are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner, its Officers, Agents and Employees of Auctioneers concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. ITEMS ARE SOLD: AS-IS - WHERE IS, and With FAULTS INCLUDED in the purchase price. I, the buyer, have examined this merchandise and accept it the way it is.
4.SETTLEMENT. Must be made at conclusion of the auction. Nothing is to be removed until settled for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer at the time of the Hammer Dropping by the Auctioneer, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Owner and Auctioneers agree that merchandise may remain on the auction premises for a period of time following the auction, but in no instance to exceed five (5) consecutive days following the Auction conclusion. The date by which all the merchandise must be removed from the premises will be announced by Auctioneers at the auction.
5.RESALE: Auctioneers reserve the right to resell any property not paid for in full on auction day or any property not picked up by Buyer within 5 consecutive days following the Auction conclusion. The Buyer shall be responsible to Auctioneers for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale.
6.DISPUTES BETWEEN BIDDERS: The Auctioneer shall designate the Purchaser after each item of merchandise is auctioned. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer reserves the right to re-open bidding. The Auctioneers designation of a Buyer shall be final. Bidder agrees that All decisions of the Auctioneer are unilateral and final.
7.INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
8. INTERNET/WEB SERVICE DISRUPTIONS: Bidder agrees to hold Exclusively Auctions, Inc. harmless for time variances, web connection disruptions, incomplete or misinterpreted communication, economic losses, bid disputes, or other claims, as a result on any web transmission, or any other occurances that happen during any form of internet participation with this auction. The service online for the catalog, prebids, live bidding or other communications are at the sole liability of the Bidder.
