All Accounts must be settled at the conclusion of auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, bank transfer and Certified/Cashier's Checks. Prior to the auction, please e-mail your payment preference to sandy@lawsonandco.com. All credit card payments will be charged at the conclusion of the auction for your purchases plus Buyer's Premium and any applicable taxes. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $ 30.00 processing fee to run another credit card - NO EXCEPTIONS! NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. All bidders paying via Money Order, bank transfer or Certified/Cashier's Check shall immediately send payment by overnight priority mail to Lawson & Co., 1280 East Main Street, PO Box 327, Danville, IN 46122. If Lawson & Co. does not receive payment by Wednesday, November 8, 2006 following the auction, the bidder agrees that Lawson & Co. shall add an administrative collection fee of $100.00 to their balance due. All shipments made out of the state of Indiana do NOT have to pay the 6% sales tax.
