Removal: Bring your paid invoice with you. All purchases must be removed on Monday October 12 & Tuesday October 13 from 9 am until 4 pm. Large items requiring a rigger may also remove on Wednesday October 14 through Friday October 16 by appointment. Friday October 16th at 4 pm is the deadline for large equipment removal. Anyone operating mechanized equipment (forklift, wrecker, etc.) during removal is required to provide proof of a minimum $1,000,000 Liability Insurance showing Port San Antonio, Chromalloy & Jones Swenson Auction Marketing as also insured. After items have been moved, there will be no change to a count on any lot. Bring whatever equipment, packing materials and/or technician you deem necessary for removal and plan to start moving as early in the day as possible. In the event auctioneer is asked to come to the auction site after the removal deadline, a $400 cash fee will be charged. Sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides a signed resale certificate. Bidders should send their resale certificate to auctioneer before bidding is complete, otherwise you will be charged sales tax. Titled vehicles will not be charged sales tax.
