BUYER'S FEE: There is a Buyer's Fee on the purchase of this merchandise. Item Price will become the winning bid plus the Buyer's Fee. This is to enable customers to participate in our auctions without lost time and travel expense (motel, transportation, et cetera).
PREVIEW: You may preview the items by appointment. You may also preview the merchandise beginning at 8am the day of the auction at the auction site. FIREARMS: All purchases of firearms must be processed from our auction company through our Federal Firearms Licensed Broker to another Federal Firearms Licensed individual, broker or dealer. There is a $5.00 per firearm processing fee that will be charged for each firearm you purchase. This fee is in addition to any and all buyer’s fees and shipping, insurance and handling fees. If you are the successful bidder and are unable to comply with Federal Law and the NIC’s approval process you will be charged a $25.00 no-sale fee for each firearm you have purchased. Make certain that you have made arrangements in place before you purchase a firearm online!
CHECKOUT: To pickup your items directly from us the day of the auction you must arrive within 1 hour of the conclusion of the auction. You must provide at the time of checkout your paddle number (bidder number) as assigned by our online auction system. You will be charged for your purchases plus the buyer's fee. You may make arrangements with our offices to pick your items up directly from our offices. To do this you must contact our offices within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction via phone 800 457 2967 or email auction@schultzauctioneers.com. All items not picked up directly from the auction or items that do not have arragements made with our offices will be shipped within 5 business days of the conclusion of the auction.
ALL SALES FINAL: All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Schultz Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations.
