This online only auction is being conducted by Ross Bandy Auctioneers, in cooperation with Zuber Auction. All property is sold “AS IS - WHERE IS”, and all sales are final, no returns, no refunds. All purchases must be settled upon completion of the auction through Zuber Auction. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, Personal or Company Check, MasterCard or Visa. A 10% Buyer Fee will be added to the high bid, and become the contract price. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax, unless a valid resale certificate is presented. Auctioneer will contact winning bidders when the auction is complete to verify preferred payment method. Property is open to thorough public inspection by appointment with Seller. Property is at different locations in the Wichita Falls, Texas area. Previews available by appointment with Seller’s representative, Michael Johnson, by phone at 940-766-4545 ext.339. Preview appointments will be scheduled during normal business hours. Persons attending during exhibition, sale, or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property releasing Auctioneer and Seller of any and all liability. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. In no event shall Ross Bandy Auctioneers or Zuber Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of purpose and value. Removal and shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Arrangements for removal will be by appointment with Mr. Johnson, and all items should be removed within 10 business days after auction ends. A paid invoice will be required to remove any item(s). Merchandise that is not removed within the specified removal period shall be deemed abandoned. Ross Bandy Auctioneers is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day(s) of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Ross Bandy Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Ross Bandy Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction ends. Ross Bandy Auctioneers, acting as agent for Seller, reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
