This auction is to be held on our premises, on Friday March 13th, starting at 8:30 a.m and Saturday March 14th, starting at 8:30. We will be selling Parts Toys Literature and Signs on Friday and Motors, Equipment, and Tractors on Saturday. All interested parties may attend live and bid, or may bid online. Auctioneer has final say over bids, for example if the internet has a bid of $5,000 and the bidding works out where the internet is in at $4,750 or $4,900 and the floor gets a bid of $5,000 then although the internet bid was $5,000 the auctioneer put the floor in, so the floor will be the winner. We advise you put odd amounts like $5,100 to help prevent this from accuring. There is no Buyers Premium for onsite Buyers. All online Buyers will pay a 3% buyers premium on all internet purchases. Although your bid may have been placed before the auction date, the auctioneer may take a floor bid of the same amount before your bid. Machines Specifications: All information is taken from sources deemed accurate, such as Years, Serial #’s, Weights, Horse Power, Lift capacities etc. We can not guarantee anything, so if we tell you a machine can lift 5,000 lbs, and it only lifts 3,000 lbs. Then so be it. Same if find the machine is a 1999 model and it really is a 1996. Please call the manufacturer and do your own research to make sure the machine fits your needs and specifications before bidding. We do not lie or try to deceive, but we are not experts on every machine we sell. Hours: We do not sell anything that we have bought from new, therefore we can not guarantee hours on anything we sell, we never turn them back or change tachs. But through the course of a machines life things can happen. If a machine is showing low hours and does not appear to be correct from our stand point we will state it.
