Payment

All sales final. Payment by wire transfer, money order, or certified funds. Payment to be made to Philip M. Kelly, Trustee. All items must be paid for in full including Purchase price, buyer premiums, postage, handling and insurance before they will be released. The office of Douglas, Kelly and ostdiek will be in charge of releasing, or mailing out sold items to the Buyer. Buyer will be responsible to pay 12% buyer premium and 7% Nebraska sales tax. All items are sold in "as is" condition with no returns. Announcements sale day will take precedence. This auction is without reserve and items will sell to the highest bidder.
